Deck & Hull:
Non-skid paint on decks and cabin trunk top. Hinged mast tabernacle. S/S replacements for wood bowsprit & boomkin supplied by Bud Taplin. S/S mast pulpits P&S with belaying pins. Topsides repainted by owner in 2015. Monitor wind vane sent to factory for complete rebuild in 2014. Plexiglas bubble hatch over forward cabin. Screens for all 11 portlights. Recent Sunbrella covers for all hatches & hand rails. Custom bug screens for companionway, salon, and forward cabin hatch openings.
ABI bronze manual anchor windlass (very heavy duty unit). Two big Barlow self-tailing winches added in 2010. Original smaller winches still in good condition. New dodger & bimini 2014.
Shipmate 2 burner S/S gimbaled stove with oven, converted to LPG.
Original Perkins 4-107 with Borg Warner Velvet Drive Transmission. Engine hours (2025). New Bowman manifold & all related fresh water cooling system components installed July 2016, to include new Vetus water lift muffler, mixing elbow, hoses and clamps. (2) 40 gallon Monel fuel tanks P&S in engine room. New remote (twist off) oil filter. Motor mounts replaced 2010. Stern shaft accordion boot replaced 2014. Dual Racor water separators installed 2010. 110A alternator on engine. Spare Balmar 110A alternator.

Most electrical wiring in engine room replaced in 2012 (excluding DC breaker panel) New AC breaker panel added to allow direct shore side power for battery chargers. (3) Group 31 flooded house batteries & (1) Group 27 cranking battery replaced 2012. Adler Barbour 12-volt air cooled cold plate refrigeration. (10) 12-volt overhead lights
throughout boat interior. (2) 100-watt solar panels mounted on stern pulpit with
custom brackets P&S. Hinges allow panels to be lifted to horizontal position, and stored flat when underway. Currently, solar system not hooked up, but all components are on hand for installation (wiring, connectors, charge controller).
ICOM VHF installed 2013. 2000-watt Xantrex inverter installed 2014. Xantrex 40-amp battery charger (primary)

Mast and Rigging:
Heavy duty extruded aluminum mast & boom. S/S standing rigging. Mostly new or very recent running rigging, plus tons of spare line. Famet roller furling gear added in 2014 (jib only). 40 feet of new sail track & 2 new cars (not installed). Replaced whisker stay tangs with heavier units (by Taplin) in 2014. Internal wiring in mast replaced approx. 2007
New main, staysail & jib (used only once for 40 mile sail). Original set of sails from 1973 checked by local sail loft & rated very good & quite serviceable. Older storm trysail & drifter in good condition & appear lightly used.
