This boat is rock solid and has been set up for extended blue water cruising. She is in good shape, has been well cared for over the years, and is perfect for a major voyage or weekend coastal jaunts. A full survey of the vessel was done for insurance purposes in 2014 and is available upon request. References are also available.
V berth sleeps two. Quarter berth sleeps one. Berth in main cabin sleeps two comfortably and three in a pinch.
Deck & Hull:
Teak and fiberglass. The rudder was completely rebuilt this year and the hull was carefully inspected, repaired and painted. Documentation for the work is available upon request. A previous owner had varnished all of the exterior teak, including the deck. Most of that has been peeled off but there are a few areas that could use a bit of scraping or sanding before they can be oiled. Some of the sealant where the teak meets the fiberglass will need to be cleaned off and replaced.
Origo 3000 2-burner non-pressurised alcohol/methyl hydrate cooker. The wiring and controls for a refrigeration unit are in place although the through-hull required for the unit was removed and patched over. We found the ice box to be far more efficient.
